Rheinberg, January 2024 - At the beginning of the new year, our team in Rheinberg faced a challenge: an unscheduled shutdown of the VCM plant due to a leakage. The circumstances were not easy, as the incident occurred at an inconvenient time of the year. However, thanks to the flexibility and dedication of all those involved, the plant was quickly brought back into operation.

The VC operations manager extends special thanks to the entire team, which includes shift and day shift teams, maintenance, laboratory, and partner companies. Our commitment to repairing the leakage, uncorking the furnaces, and promptly restarting the plant is highly appreciated by him.
