We are a socially responsible company that adheres at all times and everywhere to applicable laws and ethical values. In order to sustainably promote this responsible behavior, we have committed ourselves to a "Code of Conduct". In this context, we expect that the ALTRAD service companies in Germany equally enforce and identify the fundamental principles mentioned in this "Code of Conduct" by both our customers and suppliers.

How can you inform us?

If you encounter violations of requirements, laws, regulations, and ethical standards at ALTRAD Services Germany, please report it to our internal reporting office so that we can address your concern and follow up on the report.

What should be reported?

What conditions should be reported? By making a report, you are addressing unacceptable conditions within the company. Criticizable issues include violations of laws, internal rules, or ethical standards.

For example: Matters endangering life and health, such as dangerous products, inadequate workplace safety measures, or drug abuse; bullying, harassment, or discrimination; information regarding financial misconduct such as embezzlement, corruption, theft, fraud, violations of competition law, and other unfair business practices in service.

 

Who can make a report?

You can use our reporting channel regardless of whether you work for ALTRAD Services Germany, are employed through a subcontractor, are a supplier, partner, or any other related party.

 

What happens after you make a report?

All reports are handled strictly confidentially. You can make an anonymous report, but please note that it may be challenging to investigate an anonymous report. Whistleblowers will not face any disadvantages due to their report.
